Stafford resident Nilson Garay Orellana was arrested on Sunday night after exposing himself, allegedly driving drunk, then taking a nap in the front seat of his vehicle.

At around 9:30 p.m. on July 21, members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office were called to the 610 Mart and Tobacco at 395 Garrisonville Road to investigate a reported drunk driving complaint.

Investigators say that the caller advised that a man - later identified as Orellana - drove to the front of the business drunk and began to urinate in the parking lot.

Upon arrival, deputies found Orellana fast asleep behind the wheel clutching a bottle of Grey Goose, and once he was stirred, he showed signs of intoxication, they added.

According to a spokesperson from the sheriff's office, Orellana was defiant, admitting "yeah I am intoxicated," and asked what the deputies were going to do about it.

They answered that prompt resoundingly, putting him in handcuffs and taking him to jail.

The 31-year-old was charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license, refusal, and indecent exposure.

Orellana is being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
